  • Made-to-Order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for a refund after the order has been confirmed.

Choosify products are exclusively crafted in our dedicated workshops located in Pakistan.

At each of our workshops, we carefully select the finest materials and employ highly skilled craftsmen. Every step of the manufacturing process reflects our commitment to excellence and attention to detail, ensuring each piece embodies refinement and luxury.

Orders & Payment

Choosify accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Orders placed on Choosify are subject to applicable state, local, and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will include an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping address provided at checkout.

The final sales tax will be calculated and applied at the time of shipment and may differ slightly from the estimated amount.

Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be canceled or modified once placed. However, if you wish to return your item, please refer to our Returns and Exchange section.

Pre-orders and back-orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled by contacting us.

Made-to-Order and personalized items, including DIY orders, cannot be canceled or modified. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Delivery

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within the USA. Choosify offers the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 10–12 working days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 15–18 working days.

All orders are elegantly gift-wrapped in our bespoke signature packaging and shipped in a secure, premium-quality box, perfect for gifting or treasuring.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package. Simply click the link to view the status of your shipment. You’ll also receive an email once your order has been delivered.

Each dress is carefully packaged in a gift box to reflect its unique and luxurious nature. Your dress will arrive in tailor-made packaging crafted from a premium fabric, nestled inside a collector’s box.

Please note: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned with the original receipt or invoice, in their original packaging, with labels attached, and in the same condition as received.

Yes, you can add a personalized message with your gift. At checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter your message before finalizing your order.

Your message will be printed on a white card, placed inside a Choosify-style envelope, and included in your package.

Additionally, every order includes a small blank card attached to the box with a ribbon, perfect for an extra handwritten note.

Yes, Choosify offers several complimentary personalization services to make your gift truly unique. Some options, such as embroidered initials or custom embellishments, are available online for specific products. Other customization options can be explored at our boutique.

Please note that personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Additionally, shipping and delivery times for personalized items may be extended, ranging from an extra day to up to 3-4 weeks or more, depending on the customization.
